Hotel dekat Ster-Kinekor Mall of Africa

"I'll share my experience from Oct 12 to Oct 17. First day, I checked in around 9am. It was too early but they kindly let me check in & gave me a room & I went to the room 420. My situation at that time was after over 20hours flight so I went to a restroom & opened an urinal. I literally got shocked because of witnessing a disastrous no2 sight. It was absolutely traumatic experience I never forget for the rest of my life. Then gave me another room 410 (no upgrade). As for the damage...

"The stay was great and refreshing."

"The hotel was clean, modern and very sensitive to personal needs "

"Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. Check-in was confusing since I received no prior instructions, and despite arriving after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I had to wait in the hallway while housekeeping finished up. Later, I was granted an extra hour for late checkout (12:00 PM) because I was unwell, but management failed to notify staff. Housekeeping knocked at...

"Clean rooms with fresh beddings"

"This is a great hotel for the price. I would highly recommend it."

"Best choiche of you are attending an event at Gallagher centre, which is really at walking distance. My room had the heating not functioning, but I was given another room quite fast. The gym has old equipment but is big and very complete, so a big plus. The only thing that some people might found difficult is that there is some walking distance from the room to the breakfast room. I did not mind it, the weather was very good, but with nasty weather it might be difficult."

"I stay here on occasion when the hotels close to Mall of Africa are booked out. Especially if you're here for a business week the Ellipse appartments is a really good alternative. Easy quick walk to Mall of Africa if one needs something. Safe compound. There's even a completely fine restaurant right one the premises (Olives & Plates). I also like the fact that they have a laundry machine in the appartment which is hand if I am on a longer trip. The one and only thing you need to know is that as...

"Great host who is very welcoming and accomodative. This is also in a good location because it is just 5 mins away from the main highway. The room is warm with heater."

"WONDERFUL PLACE!!!! IRIS & GIGI ARE SO WELCOMING AND ATTENTIVE TO ONE'S EVERY NEED. THEY COULD NOT BE MORE ACCOMMODATING. OUR AIRPORT TRANSFERS WERE ARRANGED, PRIVATE JOHANNESBURG TOUR/DRIVER ARRANGED, BEAUTIFUL BREAKFAST INCLUDED, LOVELY RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!"

"It was clean and comfortable. Sadly with delayed flights we arrived late which they accommodated for and had to leave early the next morning. Only regret was we didn’t get more time at the accomodation."
