"This is the first time we stayed at this hotel in Stratford for one night. Our room is clean and very quiet although it's on the ground floor facing the parking lot. Staff is helpful in giving us direction how to get to our room. Two things need improvement: the mattress is too soft, and the bathroom sink faucet leaks quite a bit whenever it is turned on. We like the convenient location of this hotel."

"This was a nice place to stay with parking right next-door and very easy entry. No issues whatsoever with not having a front desk. I did have to message a couple of times because I didn’t get the info email with door code early enough in my opinion. After messaging an hour before check-in time, I did receive it, but I feel like that system was a little glitchy. Room was great, stayed with a friend, so one of us had the pullout, and one of us had the bed. Everything was clean and worked well. Location was excellent. Parking is an extra $20 just so you know before booking."
