"Room was large. No place to hang clothes. Poor lighting. TV’s were very small (20”, maybe 24”), only one had local channels, only 1 had remote. Window lock was broken. Finishes in the room were very worn, especially the window trim. Stairwell areas and stairs were very dirty.
Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were cold and dry, hash browns were cold and soggy."

"We stayed in room 237 which is directly across from the stairwell. Cold air gushed up the stairs and into our room. There was no good way to regulate the temperature. We have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had problems. However I will never stay in that room again."
