"Our stay at Spark provided everything we were looking for. It was conveniently located. All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. To top it off, the price couldn’t be beat. We will definitely be staying at the Spark again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Lansing area. "

"I have nothing to complain about other than the pool being out during my stay and the pull out couch being uncomfortable. The breakfast was better than most hotels and the staff was courteous. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff didn’t steal any of my belongings. "

"I was excited (and slightly nervous) to stay in a non-traditional (chain) hotel and it was be BEST decision I made in a while! The staff was beyond helpful! Our flights were extremely delayed and we were exhausted from our travel, they helped us with our luggage and walked us to our rooms so we didn't have to look or follow signs! They gave us our keys and waited while we tried them to make sure there was no problem there either! The beds were so comfortable I felt like I was melting away. ...

All areas could use some touchup paint, but that’s not important to me because it was black on all of the walls overall clean hotel breakfast two stars sausage with dry they need to offer bacon and the eggs were slimy filling which was a turn off and we did not go back the second day staff friendliness 5 stars"
