"We saw great reviews for this posting and wanted to try it. Our experience was extremely poor. The unit was filthy. There was sand in the entry hall, shampoo splattered on the bathroom wall, and dust everywhere. On top of that, they never sent us our check in code and unit information, so we arrived at 3pm and had to contact them! Their advertised "free Go3 TV" access code was clearly being shared with other units and so the TV kept kicking us out for "too many people on this subscription." When we tried to reach out to the "virtual front desk" for assistance, we did not get a reply EVER. We also paid extra for a space that would sleep 3, and it was a loveseat placed in the entry hallway! Our unit also had windows to the courtyard, which meant we could hear everyone's noisy heat pumps running through the night, as they have all the units under the windows in the courtyard. Not at all what we hoped for. Would never stay here again.

"The hotel is ok, very hard to find..Even when you are in the street it is not obvious the doorway is hidden which is very strange. I felt it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The breakfast was very basic. Was surprised how little there was to do in Kaunas actually, (the second biggest city to the capital Vilnius which was much more interesting) Kaunas was like a ghost town. "

"Be aware SPA is not included- it is €50 for 1 hr. This is written in their policies section but not stated in the Amenities. It needs to be more clear for the customer before booking please.
I had a clean, warm room. Calm atmosphere and pod chairs to sit and relax in common areas. Great variety of vegan and gluten free options for breakfast. Hot food and healthy food. A lovely breakfast and attentive, polite staff."
