Nice restaurant and bar close by also Stirling town centre only about 5 minutes away in a taxi. Hotel was ok for what you pay for rooms clean

Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Hotel itself is a little tired. Bed was like staying in my in-laws spare bedroom, on their old bed. Bathroom fan didn’t work and the ceiling was mouldy. Quiet environment about a 35 min walk from train station and old town.

Struttura molto carina sia esternamente che internamente. Abbiamo dormito in una struttura adiacente all'accoglienza e al ristorante in una camera spaziosa per 4 persone. Abbiamo anche provato il ristorante per la cena e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast included is a nice touch. Restaurant close by is great too. Location of hotel is ideal for visiting many places as the bus station is a few minutes walk away

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was not nearly as nice as the pictures looked online when we were booking. The walls were scuffed and scratched and there wasn’t really anything on the walls besides maybe one picture. The beds were comfortable and clean though and we were given a Scottish breakfast in the morning. We paid over $230 for the night and felt it was definitely overpriced.

The room was clean but there was a problem with the toilet which despite reporting immediately was not dealt with during my stay. I was unable to have breakfast as despite being told I needed gluten free options they were unable to find any gluten free bread!

We stayed in the building away from the main building, on the top floor. Our room was good apart from the bathroom ceiling was full of mold! There was a sign outside saying they are in the middle of updates to the bathrooms. Once those updates happen this will be a great spot to stay. If you have allergies to mold you might want to look at another spot. Really the only fault with this hotel was the black mold on the ceiling. The restaurant and bar are nice, food was good. Manager seemed really friendly!

There was good parking and the structure of the building was sound. It could’ve been cute but needed severe updated (simply painting the walls.?) It would’ve been nice to know before booking there was no lift and the reception was in a separate building. The bed was comfortable. There was mold in the bathroom.

The Highland Gate pub was very nice and great atmosphere, food, drink and staff were good. The rooms were OK, bedding etc were all clean but problem we had was with the bathroom where there was a hole in the wall due to no door stop and the bath/shower vent had quite a bit of mould.
