"The room we had was spacious, and there are nice outdoor sitting areas. Breakfast is placed in your refrigerator and in a basket the day before. If you are hoping for a charming Berkshire bed and breakfast with a cooked breakfast and interaction with your host, you will be disappointed. If you are satisfied with an unusually nice motel, you will be very happy.""

"It’s easy to miss driving by. Building, parking area and pool are separated from the highway by a tree landscaped berm. The sign is small, tan-ish orange and partially hidden by trees on the berm. Made finding the entrance difficult. Once there, our stay was very enjoyable."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, and having a stove and refrigerator along with a separate living/dining room was a definite plus. The 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby was another perk, as were the hot tub and large (albeit shallow) pool. "We were out of batteries on both of our phones and the front desk personnel got upset when we called. We were about to sleep outside because there was no one at the front desk. Thank Goodness the chef was about to leave and help us otherwise we were going to be outside."

"This is a quiet, no frills place. It’s hard to find a reasonably priced motel in the Berkshires in-season and this is it. Fancy it is not. Stylish, also no. But it was clean and the mattresses were comfortable."

"All in all, it was a good value, but there was a male employee who was working when I checked in and whose behavior was similar to multiple people. I was ignored for over 10 minutes while he spoke on the phone. He issued me a card without asking for my ID and when I brought multiple packages in on a carrier, he gave me a second floor room where there’s no elevator. He was indifferent. he ignored us and I didn’t appreciate that."
