The property is in an older area as far buildings are concerned. The hotel is in a cramped parking lot but it's ok.

The location is great! The building is absolutely disgusting. The water in the tub wouldn’t drain so I called the desk. The worker said “I don’t know what we can do, maintenance not here at night”. Took a towel and pulled out a month worth of hair out the drain. So obviously the tub not being clean. The sheets wasn’t clean. The people above us jumped on the floor until about 5am. For the price we paid I could’ve just went to a motel.

Room was quiet and the sheets were soft. Breakfast was good. Cons: the air vent/heater was spewing out black nasty stuff on the bed. Carpet was dirty and room had a mildew smell. Exercise equipment was broken and the tv there didn't work. Pool was closed for cleaning. Wouldn't stay again.

Our stay was just a one night stop as we traveled, but the room was spacious and very clean. Plenty of nice towels and a comfortable bed with extra pillows. The couch is a plus because it’s always nice to have somewhere to sit other than on the bed. We skipped breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Staff was friendly, lobby was nice, halls were clean. Would definitely stay again. Pleased with the rate, too.

I love my stay here and the staffs were very nice and accommodating. All my requests were attended to on a timely manner except that they refused to extend my check out by 1 hour. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and I look forward to staying there in future,

Overall, my stay was pleasant. There was one staff, the evening front desk person, Monique, that was very rude and lacked basic customer service etiquette. All other employees were nice and accommodating. The indoor pool and hot breakfast, were a plus. The area is ideal, near restaurants, chain stores and bars, all of which are located minutes from the Hwy.

On hotels.com, says they have a hot tub. They told us it was broke for awhile and they don’t plan on fixing it. Quite a disappointment when you are counting on a hot tub.

Kerry and Cathy,I'm so sorry to hear of your disappointment. We do not like for any of our guests to be unhappy with their stay. We are actually in the process of removing the hot tub from our pool area. This decision had not been finalized at the time you booked your room. We have since stopped advertising the hot tub. I do hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay besides this issue and I also hope you would give us another chance in the future!

The staff was super friendly, which was something that I definitely needed after a chaotic entry into Georgia. Mary was lovely and put me at ease, she gave me highlights of what could be found near the hotel. I loved my room and was thankful to call it home for three days. I enjoyed the amenities of the pool and the gym. The morning breakfast was lovely and made fresh daily. I will definitely come back to this hotel when in town.
