The Sheraton was in an incredibly convenient location for the Arlanda Express (we had an overnight layover and took the express downtown to sleep and explore a bit), the old city, etc. The room was clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable (we had two double beds as we were traveling as a family). Not much else you could ask for.

Mattress cover on both beds were full of black hairs. I asked them to change the bedding, then went to dinner. when I returned 3 hours latter nothing had been done. When I asked why at the front desk they told me the bedding had been changed. I had to show housekeeping the issue before they agreed it was a problem. By this time it was 10pm. When paying these prices a person should not have to argue about getting a clean bed.
