"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "Stayed here in February. Check-in was quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was number 5 and was beautiful with modern equipment. It nice and warm in our room throughout our stay. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips. If you are looking for accommodation in this area, I would definitely recommend Pack Horse. "

"A very run down hotel. We are used to staying in basic accommodation but this was not pleasant. We experience lots is negative things unfortunately, the worst being the smoke that we could smell in our room coming from the next door guests. There is definitely people living indefinitely here.The bathroom floor vinyl was Peeling off, carpet looked dirty and lots of hairs in the bathroom. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but this was an exception. The only positive was the parking. "
