The rooms were not clean. Also we had huge items stolen from our truck which was parked right at the entrance. When I called to let them know about the theft the staff was horrible and did not care one bit. We stay at Marriotts all over and this place was the worst

My 4 year old loved her kids ‘den’ and the painted picture of the furry characters on the wall. As the place is clearly aimed at children a step stool for the sink and a flip down child sized toilet seat would have been good considerations. University Plaza Waterfront Hotel
No one at the counter to check me in for 8 minutes? 25 minutes to get a room service beer that they automatically tack on 18% to? Overcooked shrimp skewers. ROUGH surrounding area. The lipstick lip print on the room’s wall was concerning.
