Our host has been very accommodating! Can say how much we appreciate everything. I would say that this is a top notch place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked, the back yard with the BBQ is just what we needed for a home cooked meal.

This house is beautiful! Many large rooms to spend time in or use the amenities within, and despite other people staying onsite, I barely heard or saw anybody else until I checked out. Such a peaceful, clean, and beautiful spot to spend the time in Lodi. I walked into town multiple times and would happily revisit again. The cleaning staff is also very friendly and superb at keeping the place in very nice condition.

This is a beautiful and clean place to stay. Checking in was a breeze. Plenty of parking. Felt safe. They allowed a late check out which was nice of them. The only tiny inconvenience was the cleaning lady whistling the same tune over and over and there is echos throughout the house so I definitely woke up from that. But overall I would stay again!

The grape escape was an older house that has been done up beautifully. All the living spaces were clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were quick to reply to messages and help with any concerns. The property itself was situated within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops.

Loved our stay at The Grape Escape! Loved having a full kitchen to use for leftovers! Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood, except for the occasional train. Didn’t love the one at 4:00 AM! Other than that, perfect!

Property was clean, in a great location, and the bed was comfortable. The are no on site staff but was able to get information remotely timely. Parking on the street is a little bit of challenge as you don’t have any reserved spaces. First time doing a remote staffed room rent location, so it just felt different. The value for price was solid.

Beautifully maintained historic house. Clean, quiet and spacious. We really enjoyed the sofas in the living area downstairs. Although we didn’t use it, the kitchen looked useful. This would be a great place for a group event. Also only about a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Church Street. Highly recommend Ruby’s Bakery.

The room was was better than a hitel. The property was beautiful and loved the use of the house. Loved the full private bath only issue was the air did not reach the room and it was way too hot! Ugh! The bathroom had nice ammentiea and met other great travelers! Definitely would stay again!

This would be a wonderful choice for a large gathering for an event. The kitchen dining area with a table that seats at least 10, is amazing with another wonderful outdoor kitchen all shady. The location is perfect. Close to everything and walking distance to downtown restaurants and wine and beer spots. Rooms are small but comfortable. I’ve stayed in Merlo and Zinfandel rooms. I think a total of 5 rooms with private baths.
