My first stay with them was amazing hands down. This second time around was different. We were on the first floor an hour into our stay there was a pincher bug crawler on the bathroom floor. I went into the kitchen and there was another bug crawling on the floor. I’m not sure if it was spider or what. I asked to have my room switched they stated they were booked up for the night. We eventually got another room the shower looked sketchy. I didn’t want to keep being a pain. I was getting ready to leave and needed housekeeping I had no idea (which falls on me) that they were leaving for the night. Front desk had major attitude over the phone. When she discovered her tone was off she tried to fix it and say they can come in the morning. I told her it was fine. I fixed the mess myself. They put us in a conjoined room which was ok. The people were loud on top of us and on the side of us. I know hotels can’t control every thing but they were horrible. It was dog poop in front of the elevator on the second floor. I informed front desk. This visit maybe my last I’m never ok with spending my money for so/so treatment and stay.
