"Parking is a bit limited. Staff was nice and professional they responded promptly to our needs(extra blanket) First night was great but our second night we had noisy neighbors that started arguing and making noise @ 2am. Beds were comfy enough but the sofa bed was noisy, our 9yr old slept on it and every time she would turn it would make loud noises. A pleasant surprise was the local brewery next door, River Rock brewery…, great beer, atmosphere and the bar tender was friendly. We then walked to Stevieboy burgers and had some delicious burgers. Check in and check out was easy peasy "

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Everything in our room was very clean. My only complaint would be there were no glasses in the room at all. There weren’t even plastic ones so you could get a drink of water or anything else. Our bed was very comfortable no problems there but please put some glasses in the room. We had an Outstanding experience with Jessica at the front desk. We were late coming to pick up our Togo breakfast but she was so nice she went in the back and made up two more breakfasts just for my husband and I. She could have said it’s too late but she didn’t. I think she needs a commendation to show her how that made my day. Outstanding Employee!!!!"

"The room was dirty with lots of dust everywhere ceiling, fan furniture etc covered in dust Furniture was important condition They’re also very close to the freeway so noise level was too much for a good night sleep I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness of the room. we also had issues with our keys working"
