1. Hôtel Stoneham

Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury

"Hôtel vieillissant, installations vétustes et moquette tachée. Je suis arrivé à 14 h et on m’a demandé 40 $ pour un check-in anticipé, alors que des chambres étaient déjà prêtes. Très décevant de devoir payer un supplément dans ces circonstances, surtout après un long trajet. Dans tous les autres hôtels où j’ai séjourné, lorsqu’une chambre était disponible et prête avant l’heure officielle, on me permettait généralement d’y accéder sans frais supplémentaires. Sinon, on me demandait simplement...

"I will return especially for the spa experience. The receptionists were so sweet and so was the spa staff and the waitress in the restaurant. I had a great time overall. The only exception was the pub staff. The waitress who was bringing me dessert was talking with someone and dropped a dish of fruit compote on me and my dress on my birthday. My dress was ruined and I could not take pictures on my special day because I only traveled with one dress. The pub manager did not come to say anything...

"Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Management Response During our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Quebec Resort, we left our personal bottle of alcohol on the table before leaving the room. When we returned, we noticed that a significant amount was missing. The four of us were certain of how much was originally in the bottle. We also found that the room had not been cleaned. The following morning, my wife reported the incident to the manager on duty. Instead of taking our concern seriously, the...

Our room was comfortable and spotless, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"This was by far one of the best rooms we have ever had. It had a coat closet and a clothes closet. There was a separate vanity with a hair dryer adjacent to the bathroom and bedroom . The clothes closet had the ironing board and the iron The sofa included a pull out bed and the dining table and kitchen appliances would allow for more thn a one night stay. The suite was very sweet! There were two TV sets too! Plus, the breakfast was excellent! The bacon was just right. Prefect staff as well."

"expérience décevante. : L'arrivée nous avons du attendre le 16 heures pour obtenir notre chambre malgré notre arrivée à 15 heures. Machine a café ne fonctionne pas et le lavabo ne se vide pas. "The staff was excellent and the location was great. The bathroom however was not very clean, especially in corners on the floors were there was buildup of grime and hair. There were also small insects in the bathroom (not bedbugs). It looks has though it has not been maintained over the years - for example the office chair had almost all the fake leather peeled off, and the couch looked like it had not been replaced in decades (perhaps it had, but it looked quite worn). For the price of the...
