"This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this."

"Our room was clean. Liked the fact that it was a Studio. Breakfasts were great. Love that there were towels at the pool. Front desk stuff very friendly. Housekeeping always willing to help. Loved the free apples and bottled water at the front desk. Able to keep the room comfortable despite very humid heat."

"The room was large and updated, very nice. Issues: on first day there, there was a small broken piece of glass found on floor by bed that cut my husband’s foot. Then we found 2 random pills on floor when looking for the piece of glass. 2nd day- we were about to go to bed and saw a large cockroach run across the wall. So we had to chase it down and exterminate it so we could sleep! And on 3rd day-found small dead roach…I expected a lot more from a nice hotel like Omni. We ate at Buoy bar by pool,...

"This was a simple stay but SO nice. I had everything I needed. There was treats and water you can get 24/7 where you check in. The rooms had little things you don’t think about that made it very convenient. Like even pump soap at the sink. And a good sized refrigerator ! Everything felt clean. And room was nice and cold. Will def return. All you need for a little beach getaway."

"Property is On the ocean with easy beach access less than 50 steps from hotel. Parking on property is free. Tiki Bar on beach is very convenient with good food and drinks. Multiple restaurants and shops nearby within 5 minutes walking. Nice pool on property. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend to family and friends and will return"

"Family orientated hotel with great pools, walk on beach access, wonderful BBQ options for self catering. Rooms are large and family orientated. Fab stay! "

"Room was clean and brightly decorated. It felt retro.The short walk to the beach was amazing. We were able to come and go while some in our party took naps. Walked to different restaurants each night. Would stay again."
