"Greated politely by front desk. Clean room but oldish. Basic cheap hotel breakfast. Ample free parking space."

"False advertisement since it isn’t an Inn but in reality a Motel!! We were shocked once we entered the property. The sign is not even lit up at night and the middle n is not lit nor is the property name on the sign. Continental breakfast was lacking ( no protein, no pastries nor anything warm) nor was there a place to eat it. We were instructed to bring the muffins and banana to our room. Inside was also terrible. The duvet cover was filthy and there was no separate sheet from the duvet and the regular flat sheet. The mattress has an indentation due to being old. The coffee machine in the room did not work. I have captured pictures as proof and can submit upon request. I expect full reimbursement and compensation since this was a MOTEL and not an inn. I was embarrassed bring my partner to this terrible place during our anniversary. I have dealt with Expedia multiple times in the past years and have been satisfied but I have to point out and complain this time. This is unacceptable. "

"The hotel is very chaotic when you enter. There is no staff and you cannot call room service or the front desk at any time. They connect you to ai then from ai they connect you to a call center in Orlando. They never connect you to anyone who works there at anytime and it makes asking for fresh towels or even a simple coffee impossible. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
