"We stayed in Helena, it was very clean and well equipped. Concern about escape routes in the event of a fire. Some rooms didn’t have a large enough window to get out of. Swimming pool great, as was the hot tub. Lovely setting near Blandford. Would recommend getting shopping delivered as quite remote. "

"The property was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what I was looking for. Close to the main town of Glastonbury as it took a short drive to get there. The accommodation was very clean. Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend and when I go back I would love to stay there again "

"Decent property for a single night stay with a family. Hard to find in the dark and no parking, though on-street parking and car parks are available locally. Three bedrooms with a small kitchen and wet room. Nowhere specific to eat as a family but small tables in each room were fine. Had to phone on the day to get the key code. This could be made more obvious - or the owner could communicate more proactively. "

"We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. "What to say the goods are great location for a trip to the Dorset coast architecturally the building promises so much and that’s pretty much it the property is functional and has all you need to a degree kitchen bits are hit and miss. This was supposedly new for 2020 all I can say is it must have had a hard past 4 years the property is very unloved and un kept work tops in kitchen never been oiled so now ruined over grown courtyard with stagnant water hot tub is not private as overlooked by...

The check in process was very easy and the room was everything we wanted. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the town centre. The food and service at the pub was great, certainly no complaints and we were very pleased to find “trickles” on the menu, something me and my partner were both very excited to try and they didn’t disappoint "
