It matters for those of us who travel and are away from home so much. The room was large and clean. Definitely going to stay here again next year when I need to head back to that area."

The listing should be updated about the parking as it is not "on site". It is a public garage across the street that you can pay the hotel or yourself. "The hotel was rather rundown. Customer service was lacking from the clerk at check in. She was more interested in her text conversation. Our room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable. But the window shade was broken, the kitchen sink water would not get cold, there was unidentifiable smears on the bathroom wallpaper, the breakfast was underwhelming. The exit light on the 2nd floor elevator lobby had been knocked loose and was hanging. There were copious bags of trash in this same...

"The property is old and outdated. The pool and hot tub was not cleaned. There was hair and dead skin in the hot tub. We were there 4 days and 3 nights and through the stay, we never received housekeeping. I also smelled marijuana in the elevators. It should be a smoke free hotel and it doesn’t seem to be."
