"Room was ideal as a solo traveller, this my first solo trip. The hotel was in a great location with the main square and castle just a walk away aswell as the river. Tram stop across the road with trams all over the city. Room was nice and quiet at night. Bed comfortable and also shops near by if you need anything. Hotel decor is totally different to anything I have ever seen and if your in too art your love the decor. Thanks for a great stay."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral genau zwischen Altstadt und jüdischen Viertel. Es ist ein sehr schönes altes Herrenhaus, dadurch aber etwas hellhörig. Personal ist sehr nett, Frühstück sehr gut. Ich finde schade das sie es um Designen ich fand dieses rot, schwarz, weiß so eigen und so einzigartig aber sie ändern es leider in grau mint mit Ki Bildern dass ist sehr schade. Fitness Studio braucht dringend Boden matten und vll Lang Hantel. Empfehle ich sehr das Hotel "

"The photos of this aparthotel were not accurate and made the room look much larger than it actually was. The room was extremely small, and the floor was uneven to the point where it felt like you were sliding downhill.
Soundproofing was very poor. We could hear people walking around in the room next door, and on our first night we woke up at 01:30 because the guests next door were so loud that we genuinely thought they had entered our room.

"Disappointing. Started with the transport from the airport I had confirmed with the apartment manager many times not showing (got a bolt for 1/3 the price). Room was dirty (had to wear shoes because floor was gritty, sink had food debris, glass tv stand had dust, etc) Was advertised as three kings but was 6 twins two of which were broken. Iron leaked and laundry in apartment was a washing machine only. No dryer. WiFi never worked (they were contacting the provider). Was ice cold when we arrived....

"Great place stayed there for 6 days of out time in krakow, was convenient with the laundry in room, and was in good proximity to everything we where wanting to see! "They had two bathrooms in 2 bed apartment which was superb.
Balcony was nice to have some tea.
The mattress was soooooo soft that it was impossible for me to sleep, i had to sleep on the sofa bed.
They charged quite costly cleaning fee and it seemed like they didn't clean it thoroughly.
We wiped the floors as we were picking up our hair and there was so much dust. "
