"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "

"The property was very dirty, and the staff was not supportive at all. I explained several times that my mother is disabled and even offered to pay extra to be moved to a ground-floor room or to exchange rooms with another guest, but all of my requests were refused.
As a result, my mother was unable to leave the room for most of our trip because she could not manage the stairs. The property had no elevator, and there was no effort made to accommodate her disability. We were very disappointed by...
