"The hotel is close to the airport and perfect for a quick overnight stay between flights. We had a pizza at the bar upon check-in and caught the shuttle to the airport early the next morning. "Very clean & comfortable room. Shower was amazing with bathroom having underfloor heating. Staff were so friendly & helpful. Spoke amazing English. Had breakfast 2 mornings & was all delicious. Had an evening meal which was beautiful. Staff again amazing & very attentive. Waiter was very helpful to cater for my daughters food intolerance & was able to make her a yeast free cocktail. Will definitely return again. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Nice room comfortable bed..No walk in shower .I felt unsafe with my arthritis getting and out of bath.It should be noted that at the time the lift or escalator down to the train platform was not working."

"What I will always remember about this very nice hotel, is that I drop my wallet on my way out of the hotel, in the street. Two hours later when I came back, one of the evening staff asked me if it was mine, and after proving it, he returned it intact. Berlin was our first stop for a one month trip. Loosing my wallet would have ruined it. He saved our trip, and the hotel was very nice."

"We stayed in a grand twin room - the room was very spacious and the bedding and everthing was well cleaned. There was lots of room to put down a suitcase, hang up clothes etc. The beds and pillows were very comfortable after a lot of walking around the city. The location is excellent, centrally located for walking to the major tourist attractions both northwards and southwards. Yet it was also quiet and peaceful, we didn't hear a peep from anyone else in the hotel. It was reassuring that there was a safe in the room, and the soaps provided were nice. The reception staff were friendly and looked after our baggage after check out. There are snacks/drinks vending machines, and boiling hot water dispenser and free teas on alternating floors. Overall a great value place to stay for our first trip to Berlin."
