"We stayed for 6 nights, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. You only had to ask and things were sorted. The breakfast was to a very high standard and very tasty and broad ranging. The staff on reception were very helpful indeed, they helped with providing a European plug adaptor. They also recommended a very good place for an evening meal, The Schnitzel Mitte. Which you wouldn't just happen upon, but was easily found with Google maps."

"It was a perfect stay as I arrived very late. I was on a train that was delayed in Prague. The front-end person was outstanding at 2 o’clock in the morning. The room is perfectly clean, very comfortable, and very modern. Seriously, the best night's sleep I had in a week."

"There is no registration desk, no well-informed staff to help travelers. Check-in is contact-free - at a computer kiosk. You have to enter your passport number etc, then process a card (from a stack of cards by the kiosk) to get your key card. A long process if you are jet lagged. The room was clean and small, but dark with a lot of black including black drapes, furniture, lampshades. Too dark for me. The best thing is location close to main train station. Breakfast appeard to be overpriced - we ate at the train station."
