Very good stop over

Good hotel, never used this chain before, it's similar to others in France located on the outskirts of cities. Fabulous shower, nice size tv with bbc news channel

Price okay, breakfast should be free since nothing

Room had a strange smell coming from bathroom, shower was very high to step into. I have an injured knee and it was hard to step down out of shower. Have to ask for hair dryer. One i was given did not work. Had to go down to get another.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas ergiebiger sein. Als Aufschnitt nur Käse im Angebot, ein wenig Wurst wäre nett. Aber ist halt typisch Frankreich, die mögen es süß morgens😀

Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes durant notre séjour. À notre arrivée à 13:45, nous avons dû attendre plus de 45 min dehors , car la machine d’enregistrement ne fonctionnait pas même à 14h, il fallait attendre car aucun personnel sur place. Une fois dans la chambre 16 , nous avons constaté qu’il n’y avait que deux serviettes alors que nous avions réservé pour deux personnes, et aucune serviette supplémentaire pour le sol n’était disponible. La fenêtre de la chambre est endommagée et ne se ferme pas correctement, malgré notre signalement. La porte de salle de bain est également abîmée, et l’eau coule partout dans la salle de bain lorsqu’on prend une douche. Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées durant le séjour, ni le lit, et nous avons été piqués par des moucherons certainement car la fenêtre ne se ferme pas correctement. Ce manque de confort et de réactivité est regrettable. Nous espérons une amélioration rapide du service.

La propreté de la chambre et de la douche était correcte. Le petit déjeuner est à revoir et n'est pas à la hauteur du tarif proposé. Le personnel doit apprendre la politesse. Aucune salutation au petit dejeuner et au départ !!

l’accueil était très bien la personne à l’acceuil etait très gentil . La propreté était pas top beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre et salle de bain et beaucoup d’odeurs d’égout dans la salle de bain .
