Excellent location, right next to the Cathedral. The rest is not great. The single room was extremely small, especially the bathroom. There is no air conditioner. The room felt like a sauna. Management provided a fan, which didn't help much. I would not stay there again.

Séjour de 2 nuits ; chambre avec lit double très confortable ; salle de bain moderne avec douche italienne. Ménage fait tous les jours ; petit déjeuner tres bien dans une ambiance chaleureuse de la part du personnel

The single bed room was the smallest so far among where I have lived in Europe. The bathroom was therefore also the smallest I have ever experienced, which was not very convenient for showers. The location was top. The staff speaks English and was friendly. The service team in the breakfast cafe was not as friendly as the hotel staff but okish. Overall, I would recommend the place for small budget travellers but I myself wouldn't choose it the next time I visit Strasbourg.

Excelente. O hotel é pequeno e charmoso. Tudo bem cuidado. Ao lado da Catedral de Notre Dame. A localização é ótima. O atendimento é impecável. Todos muito atenciosos.

Hotel très bien situé en plein centre ville, à coté de la cathédrale et du Palais Rohan, calme et propre. Le personnel est accueillant et de bon conseil.

This property was perfect!! It is an authentic French local gem! It is in a historic building outside the Cathedral and close to everything. Our suite was well appointed and a great size for our family of four. We loved the Cafe for breakfast, the Cathedral bells, and the sounds of daily life in Strasbourg. If you are looking for a chain hotel this is not for you!

This hotel offers very kind of human touch communication. The old city is lovely and has heartbreaking landscape everywhere. Thanks for this place not bombed in World War II.

Un petit détail à signaler: le site expedia indique que la hauteur du parking est limitée, en fait il n’y a pas de parking à l’hôtel ! De plus l’accès en voiture est relativement compliqué.

Idéal pour un séjour découverte de Strasbourg.
Hôtel très bien situé avec beaucoup de charme. Chambre 25 très spacieuse et lumineuse, avec vue sur la cathédrale. Nous sejournons régulièrement dans cet hôtel à l'occasion de nos escapades à Strasbourg. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité et le personnel sourant.

The location of this hotel is incredible. It's literally 10 feet from the Cathedral plaza. You can walk everywhere. The staff is extremely friendly and there is a cafe on site for breakfast and drinks in the evening. It's a charming European hotel. For Americans, the rooms might feel extremely small and a little shabby, but our family wanted an authentic experience and we loved this hotel.

Nosso check in era às 15:00, mas o hotel guardou nossas malas quando chegamos ao meio dia. Após o Check out também guardaram nossas malas até o horário que fomos retirá-las, por volta das 18:00. Extremamente gentis e simpáticas! Quarto super confortável e decorado com muito bom gosto. Café da manhã delicioso! Amamos! Ao lado da Catedral, dá p/ fazer tudo a pé! Super recomendo!

The Hotel Suisse is a charming hotel, an amazing location and wonderful staff. Strasbourg is a magical and charming place, and the Hotel Suisse made my time in Strasbourg even more magical! Hôtel très agréable et confortable, très bien placé près de la cathédrale. La chambre etait très jolie, propre et dans le style alsacien. Trés agréable séjour, hormis que nous n’avions ni gel douche, ni shampoing dans la salle de bain, un oubli peut-être… mais tout de même gênant A part cela, très satisfait
