Room was clean with nice bathroom. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was quiet and I felt safe there. Breakfast was good. The crepes, croissants, and fresh orange juice were my favorites.

Location was very good. Easy walk to canal sights etc. Lots of Dining options close by. Not too far to train station , but I wish I had caught a Tram !! I liked it for 2 nights.

Very good choice for Strasbourg.
We stayed in hotel for 8 night. Everything was good: service, staff friendliness and help, cleanliness, bed is comfy, we ask for additional pillows and got them, breakfast is very good and plentiful, included pastry, fruits, eggs, juices, coffee-machine. Location is excellent, close to train station, town center and all the attractions in walking distance. No need for any transport. The only minus is small room size, which probably common thing for Strasbourg.

Only plus is a good breakfast
The hotel was very mediocre. No hot water no tissue no amenities in the room. Room was very plain. The hotel had a good breakfast but rooms were not good at all.

Overall it is what we expected. Location is good and staff friendy. Bright and colourful decor, made us energetic even the weather was cold and rainy.

Nice river front hotel
Nice hotel and a great price on hotels.com as opposed to the posted charges at the location. Friendly English speaking reception. We got a room facing the river which was a nice bonus. Continental breakfast was fine. Standard stuff. Great location, lots of restaurants and shops within walking. Parking in garage around the corner and they have us a discount ticket, so only $18e. Not bad. We’d say again. Nice value. Clean. Comfortable and friendly staff.

Centrally located
The hotel receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The hotel is central located and everything is walking distance. We had a car and had to park offsite since there was no parking available. However, we got a discounted rate of 18€ for 24 hours which was fine. The hotel is near all major attractions and it was easy to get around.

hotel service is good. however, they were not answering my calls. they did not send me the form that allows me to get my car into the city boundaries so i had to wait for hours before the police let me in. they did not allow us to have a late check out although we did a late check in (8pm) so we had to roam the city on foot waiting for our transportation. the breakfast is very poor. and in general the hotel is overpriced.

We had requested parking for our stay and were told at check in it was only available for the first night, so we found alternative lodging for the remainder of our stay. The attitude of the staff was not helpful. We had booked 6 months previous. I would not stay here again.

Well situtated near Strasbourg train station + vieux Strasbourg. Good varied breakfast. However, the hotel listing mentioned that it had AIR CONDITIONING. When I arrived in the room, I found just a fan.... :-( The room was on the western side with temperatures over 30 degrees C. You could leave the windows open in the evening to cool the room off, but then you heard the tramsways below.....

The location of this hotel was good, 8 minute walk from the main train station and 5 minute walk to Kleber square. Now onto the bad: the room was tiny and no A/C. You don't walk anywhere inside, you basically climb onto the bed to access the bathroom or the front door. I was placed on the fifth floor in early August where the temperature outside was 97F, it was boiling hot inside without A/C. Only one fan and a window inside to keep me from dying.

Walking distance to everything
Spent four days in Strasbourg. We rented a car at airport in Frankfurt and drove to Strasbourg, but except for a day trip to Colmar, the car stayed in the parking lot($) the whole time. It's impossible to get around by car in Strasbourg itself, so best to either take train and walk to hotel (very close by) or leave your car in the parking and walk or take tram and bus everywhere. Public transportation is cheap and service is great.

Avoid for all the reasons in the review.
Where to start? Car parking is limited and can apparently be booked in advance. No where on the website did it say this. Que driving around the city centre for an hour to find a car parked with high enough height limits (most are either 1.8m or 1.9m). Next it says all rooms are air conditioned. They are not. We had a tower fan which made it just about bearable. Shower doors wouldn't close properly which leaked water on to the floor in the bathroom, had to mop this up every time as it was like a swimming pool in the bathroom. Room was also very tight for space. Breakfast was ok. Good location for city centre sites.

Central room with balcony in Strasbourg
Nice central hotel in Strasbourg, with parking within a short walk. But parking in Strasbourg, even with the Ibis subsidy is expensive (18 euros) so be warned. Strasbourg is nice and Ibis comfortable and quiet.

An inexpensive, clean hotel with a free breakfast and wifi. Walk just minutes to the train station and also walk minutes to all the sites in the Petite France district. Rooms are small, but quite clean and comfortable. The windows are new and insulted to protect from street noise. I

One night stay was pretty good
Stayed for one night. Drove in from Colmar late in the evening. There's not really any place you can park just to unload. The parking is at a discounted rate in a public lot that is a couple blocks away. They put us in a room that was in the far corner of the building that looked out over the alley and other buildings. The hotel does not have air conditioning and we happened to be there on a very warm weekend (90 degrees). They had brought in a portable unit for reception but the room was quite warm. Even with all the windows open. Breakfast was included which was nice. Not a huge offering but sufficient. They have to go cups for the coffee but when we tried to bring one to the room they said it wasn't allowed. Although they had water and apples out for the taking all day which was nice. Ask them about the ferry rides and they have a discounted coupon.

Excellent hotel
I spent a single night, then after returning from a meeting elsewhere 2 more nights. Everything was very well organised and check-in very quick. The room facilities were great. I was amused at the quirky colourful furniture in the downstairs lounge/breakfast room.
