"The property was clean, room was large, beds are comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was just coffee, orange juice, apples, bread, milk and cereal. Very simple."

"Staff is always friendly and professional. It is very clean for the most part except this time my room smelled of urine on my side of the bed, which is the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars. I’m sure it’s hard for staff to tell if an animal has had an accident. Just the state of the world these days."

"AC works good & good location to get coffee in the AM. Coffee pot is not in the room. Dog was happy in the room & plenty of parking for trucks pulling trailers/ Semi parking ( tractor & trailer) ."

"We were told that there maybe ants after we checked in. There were. Air-conditioning was not useful the room was very hot. I love giving mom and pop establishments a chance. This one needs a little work. It was a place to stay and we had a bed. Thats all I can say!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Sequoia/Kings Canyon in Three Rivers! The little touches, like the complimentary hot chocolate and lemon-infused water, were such a nice surprise. The breakfast had a great selection, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. The location is also very convenient for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed here for one night in June 2026 before driving into Sequoia National Park for 2 nights. The property has convenient location next to fast food and a gas station, comfortable beds, and the breakfast was nice to have as well."

"We loved this place, it was like staying on a small farm. The rooms were clean and orderly, the pool was clean and we loved that it went to 9'! There were lots of animals to see, very cute. Upset that the ice machine wasn't working for the HOT weekend we were there, would have really helped. But overall great stay."
