"I was only there for 1 night, but the staff was very friendly. Karen at the front desk was pleasant and Pam I believe her name was, helped me out when I came down for breakfast. Free breakfast is a plus. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool since I came in for an event but no complaints. The only thing was the hot water in the shower wasn't as hot as the water from the sink. I had to let the water run a little bit to get it to a temperature that wasn't too lukewarm."

"Everything from the clean room, the friendly staff, they have a nice size laundry room, the parking and everything was fantastic. The rooms are really nice, the little kitchenette is perfect. The bed is comfortable and the colors are warm and relaxing. I will look for this brand of hotels to stay in when I travel moving forward."

We had reservations through a third party site and had received confirmation. At check in, we were told we had no reservations and the hotel was sold out. Dead flies, foot prints on walls, food stains on wall, sticky substances on floors, hair in shower, urine smell on bathroom floor and toilet, dirty toilet, old used towel hanging on back of door, dirty sheets, black flakes under sheets on both beds, cigarette holes on cover sheets, mold in shower, rust on shower rod, ripped shower curtain, old soap foam dried to the shower shelves. "Friendly and helpful Staff"

"The lobby floor and carpeted stairs were dirty. The place was a mess. There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk to help you. The tv channels never loaded. The toilet seat was broken. The coffee wasn't refilled. How ironic that I had to pay an extra "service" fee when I checked in and there wasn't any."

"Terrible stay. Never in my life have I paid almost $200 for a trash hotel in middle of nowhere Virginia. Spend the extra $100 to stay at some place better."
