"Very clean and comfortable"

"The staff was very accommodating, kind, and helpful which I really appreciated. There were no bugs- which was a BIG plus compared to a different chain that I stayed in last year. It was thoroughly enjoyable which is needed during the stressful long days of residency!"

She then proceeded to tell me that she is going to cancel my reservation and call the police. I then left because I had a long flight and was extremely tired so we left to go to another hotel as we were getting our Uber to go to another hotel, she then came outside while we were waiting outside of the hotel to tell us that we need to get off of the outside property...

"BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE. We were there for four nights. Not enough fresh fruit. Oatmeal was gluey, really bad. The "scrambled eggs" - just no. Some kind of pale omelet thing with no cheese - and no description! Mushy potatoes. Soggy muffins. I mean, come on now. It was pitiful. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to"

"5/23/2026 Room 428. The furnace cover was broken and on the bed when we arrived. The AC was not working. 2 service calls. We were told no more rooms available. The curtains were literally shredded. Like from a cat. Refrigerator not cooling well enough. The Toilet seat was falling off. Shower curtain was ripped. A Mile walk to the pool in a separate building. So if you want to go swimming in the winter it’s probably very annoying. The bowling alley was close for a private party. Probably...

"We choose to stay at this hotel because it is conveniently located near the event we attended. The hotel is not well maintained and everything looks old snd run down. The free breakfast was a plus, but the food was of poor quality. The most surprising thing was the parking fees which were relatively high for the quality of the hotel and location."

"The place isn’t clean at all, stains and tears all over the hotel room. We were woken up at 645 am to the fire alarms going off in the entire building. Apparently the staff burnt some breakfast and had the whole hotel up early."

"Standard hotel visit. Decent breakfast options. Quiet with a comofetable bed and couch. I had a suite and it was well priced. The part that stuck out to me the most was the kindness and compassion of the woman who met me at the front desk. I can't remember her name, but she was from Aruba. She stood out as one of the most hospitable people I've encountered in my travels. And I travel a lot."
