Hello Jeff, thank you for your feedback, we monitor our cameras to ensure safety of every guest. We like to ensure that every guest is equally treated regarding pet policies and other policies. Any fees regarding pets is held to every customer and we don’t want to encourage any dishonesty or fraud against our policies. I can see we generously worked with you in regards to a deposit issue but we tried to reach you in regards to paying for a uninformed pet in the room as that go towards extra housekeeping needed to ensure the room is clean of any allergens to our next guest.
