"Rooms were clean . Staff was super helpful and efficient. Staff went above and beyond . Hotel is just starting to feel dated and needs renovation. Carpet frayed in places . Beds not comfortable . Cheap pillows . Old linens etc. not a bad experience , but it’s a 3 star presentation at 4 star prices"

"The breakfast staff member (the lady wearing a black jacket with white stripes on the sleeves) was unfriendly and impatient. We sat near the breakfast area on two mornings and observed that she often spoke to guests rudely. On 7/29, the juice machine was out of service, and by 8:40 a.m., the milk, fruit, yogurt, and cereal had all run out. Many guests asked for refills, but instead of restocking them, the staff member focused on cleaning tasks. Guests waited over 15 minutes, yet nothing was refilled, leaving many people without anything to drink. At 9:00 a.m., she abruptly announced breakfast was closed. I also heard her tell another guest, "Why did you come down so late at 8:45?" Breakfast was advertised until 9:00 a.m., so that comment was inappropriate. Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and food and drinks should be available until the end of service, especially when the breakfast line was about 20 minutes long. By the time many guests reached the serving area, several items had run out and were never replenished. Another concern was the elevator. There is no staircase to the ground floor, so guests must rely on the elevators. They appear old, and the lights flicker when the doors close, raising safety concerns. On 7/27, one elevator was out of service, causing long waits, especially during breakfast. Overall, this was disappointing. We paid a lot per night and expected much better customer service and a better-managed breakfast experience."
