Scott,Kindly be informed that we are so proud of our Young well trained staff who receive a lot of compliments please take a chance to check all the comments and reviews about our staff.We have been very sensitive to your remarks and that you didn’t appreciate all our efforts to homage you 2 room nights and applicate only 1 room night penalty over Cancelaltion of 2 rooms reservation for a total of 12 nights (caused by a mistake from yourside).Perhapse our explaination about the enormous damaged caused to the hotel of loosing 12 nights revenue during a peak season wasn’t clear enough to you despite all the efforts done from ourside, we hope that in the future none of our colleagues in other hotels have to go through such situation for a mistake done by yourself.
