"This hotel is tired. It lacks management (not staff fault), zero information available about the town. Air conditioning did not work in first room or upgraded room. Breakfast served 7.30 to 10 am , at 8.20am the table was bare eg. No eggs, no yoghurt, no other cooked items and very poor selection ..."

"This place was a gem!!! We got off at the wrong train stop and had to get a taxi. The taxi driver called the hotel a couple as he was unfamiliar with the area and Lucretzia was more than helpful! She met us down the hill where the taxi driver dropped us and helped with our bags! She was amazing. ..."
