"I booked 2 deluxe rooms with 2 queen beds. I was given only 1 room with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. The other room had 2 queen beds. How come? I also didn’t find the front desk staff friendly. Seems to me they were not exactly enthusiastic doing their jobs."

"Staff here is not very helpful as a matter of fact our first day while sleeping we have someone knocking on our door asking for us to checkout but I told them I just arrived last night and we dont checkout until Monday morning which is 2 days ahead.
