"This hotel put me off staying at Hiltons forever. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, specifically those working the front desk (Sophia) and the general manager (Travis). We weren’t able to check in until 5pm (despite check-in being at 4pm, which is already late enough). The common areas and lobby are clean enough, but the rooms are extremely dirty. The pull out mattress had dark brown stains all over it, the couch was old and ratty, and the kitchen glasses and plates were disgusting.
The pool is fine but the food and drinks are extremely expensive. The hotel dors not offer any complimentary breakfast or refreshments, and the Starbucks on the premises charges $15 for a large iced coffee. There are much nicer places to stay in Las Vegas that will give you a lot more for the amount you’re paying."
