"We had an absolutely perfect stay. Even though we were there in the rain the hotel couldn’t have been better. Spotlessly clean even in stairways. Breakfast was excellent and the evening snacks while completely unexpected were top notch. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming right from arrival to checkout and in the cafe. The walk to town is along a path by the river and just a short walk and umbrellas were available even in weather is rainy. With the rain we made use of the pool...

Hervorheben möchte ich noch den äußerst freundlichen jungen Herrn an der Rezeption, der es möglich machte, dass wir sehr früh unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und umfangreich. Alles in allem ein super empfehlenswertes Hotel"

"No kitchen in our room. Room was clean but we only had the cleaner come in twice in 6 nights. View was fabulous. Comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the Expedia site reported that this property has a hot tub but it does not. I am not sure whether the error is on the part of Expedia or the hotel, but I wanted to point that out. "

"Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Kitzbühel. Man erreicht alles in wenigen Minuten. Das Personal vom Hotel ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen."

"Excellent breakfast. There was a shuttle bus as promised, but on busy mornings it could not take all skiers. Also, it did not run during the evenings, so you had to take the car to the town for dinner. We had two rooms and one was bigger than the other. Neither room had a desk which made it difficult to work. Nice warm spa area. The parking fee was strange as there is no way to get to the hotel other than by car, there are plenty of space and far from anything else."

There is sauna, and infrared treatments. My cousin and I needed to keep our bags somewhere while we snowboarded at kitzski, since our checkout time was at 10am, they allowed us to keep our bags in a separate room. This family owned and operated hotel goes above and beyond...
