"We were very happy with our stay at the hotel! The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean; plus, there was a shuttle to Universal Studios! It was our daughter's birthday, and the staff sent a surprise cake and a greeting card🎉🎂"

"The hotel in and of itself was good. However, the airport shuttle was always packed and getting on the shuttle was not guaranteed. Plan a minimum of 40 minutes wait time for shuttle each way to and from LAX. Also save yourself $20 by getting McD's breakfast next door."

"It was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and it was in a great location. It was next to the Ovation Hollywood shopping area, The Dolby Theater and the Hollywood stars walk of fame was behind it. Very accessible to a lot of sites! I would stay there again!"

"Let me start off by saying I love it here. I left my expensive eyeglasses here , called 10x days later and they had found them. I have stayed here several times. The free desert was fabulous!the only con I had was the phone didn’t work in the room and there was no ironing board in the room upon my arrival. I wish the rooms had microwaves, but as I was leaving I saw several in the hall, so it must be by request."
