"Having a little store inside the lobby was nice when we didn’t have a car and there aren’t many places within walking distance. There are microwave meals and drinks along with candy. We forgot an item and it was saved for us on our return trip. The staff was friendly. The problem was with the noise from a club down the street and the patrons that started street racing and doing donuts on the corner at 1am, but that isn’t the motel’s fault."

"The Hotel Lotte in Seattle is a nice four star hotel, but a little weird. It's located within the middle section of a large office building in downtown, occupying only floors 4-16. The lobby isn't on the first floor, but on the 16th along with the restaurant, and all the rooms are on floors below this. The service was great and our room was very clean, but I did notice a bit of a musty smell on some towels. However, my nose is very sensitive to this and my wife didn't really notice. The...

"This is a fantastic hotel central to everything & fabulous views out over the harbour. Room 802 was a top corner room with dual aspect. "We arrived late due to delays at the airport. Fortunately, the front desk staff was able to get us checked -in and to our room. All the room amenities worked and I had a great night's sleep. Checking out was an ease. I highly recommend this hotel and wished I was able to stay here more than one night. It was far better than the hotel I stayed at for the duration of my stay in the Emerald City."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Angel at the front desk who accommodated our early check in. Took advantage of the complimentary wine hour. We used the valet service and requested the EV charger. Unfortunately the car didn't get much charge overnight so it would be really nice if the hotel upgraded their chargers. Everything was really lovely."
