" clean, staff friendly, pool clean , shops nearby. but the room key did not work. we only use the mast key. after 10pm, no staff can find in the property"

"The hotel is sparse in amenities and luxury. The rooms are adequate. The bathrooms are tiny. The best part is location, so if you do not mind roughing it rooms you may enjoy your stay. Small pool is clean, small refrigerator in room, now bell service and nowhere to store luggage as you wait for your room."

"We had a great experience. Would recommend hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and never use pedestal sinks in resorts (no room to set things). "

"There was a resort fee in excess what was paid to Expedia. Front desk staff was inexperienced and even during checkout walked off to her other job. The one elevator is worn out and scary. The location and valet parking was the only saving grace at this price point."

"TV selections were poor. Did not have ABC which is a basic cable channel. Other channels very limited too. Realize you are not coming to watch TV but if you have a few days of bad weather or retire to the room early evening, nothing much to watch, no variety."

"From the time we got there the staff were welcoming, the rooms were amazing, the pool was warm and we just relaxed. It’s nice and quiet off one of the main streets and very walkable to all places. We only were there for 2 days because we were trying a few other Keys but we already decided we are going back next year for a week. "
