"This is a very nice property that has great amenities. The two big pools each have nice bars with them and you can charge what you get to your room so you don't have to take your wallet. They also give you your key card on a wristband so you don't have to worry about taking anything when you go to the or the ocean. I also really enjoyed that it's on the bottom of Duval Street, so you can get to a lot of the bars and restaurants but you're not right beside them"

"Our room was phenomenal. Opened our door and we were right on duval. This location can get loud but it’s duval what do you expect. If that bothers you, then Key West is probably not for you. We basically had the pool all to ourselves every day. Breakfast was fantastic and the coffee was delicious. The staff was the best part. Check in was quick and easy. Bike rentals are $20 for the first 24 hours any additional is $10. Which made getting around so much easier."

"I will say it is a great location. The room we were in needs upgrades. It was very small and the blinds were broken and missing pieces. We had to put a towel in the remaining slats on the blind for privacy. They TV did not work"

"We LOVED our stay at the Douglas House. The staff was beyond friendly, kind and helpful. They took us on a tour of the property when we got there and explained everything to us very well. We felt so comfortable the whole time we were there. The pool area is clean and so relaxing. Great location as well - far enough from the noise of Duval, but close enough to walk to all the fun places. If I have any suggestions it would be the beds. The mattresses were comfortable but super high. My 70-year-old mother had a tough (but fairly hilarious) time jumping up into it. Also, the pillows have seen better days; probably time to replace those. Those are minor issues compared to how wonderful it was overall. We will definitely be back!!"

"We've stayed there about 5 times over the years, watched it change with renovations, etc. We've enjoyed our stay every time. I will say that I enjoyed the menu changes. Thanks for an enjoyable stay."
