"Werden als Freundinnen ein Familienzimmer mit unseren zwei Kindern gebucht. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich stark am Hang, was es mit Buggy und Kindern nicht so angenehm macht. Der Strand der ich circa 300 m vom Hotel befindet, ist mit sehr großen Steinen und wirklich nicht schön gelegen. Wir hatten deshalb immer ein Taxi genommen, 20 Minuten Fahrtweg nach Tigaki . "Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success....

"Eine fantastische Woche im Caravia, alles war perfekt! Der Erwachsenen-Bereich der Anlage bietet Entspannung pur. Das Hotel war komplett ausgebucht, aber man hat es in diesem separaten Teil der Anlage nicht bemerkt."

"Overall the hotel is decent, However, The beds are very uncomfortable, a safe isn’t included in room charge, limited food options. On our last night we found a mouse in our room (our room was on the 3rd floor and we kept doors closed), we weren’t offered a new room, security came in with a pole and the mouse ran down the corridor (unsure what happened to it I believe it’s still in the hotel)"
