"Great location in the center of Boquete yet quiet. There is a coffee shop attached to the hotel which serves the best bakery items we sampled during our trip to Panama. Very helpful with storing our baggage during early check in and late check out. Everything including air conditioning, WiFi and shower worked well. The room is spacious and the beds comfortable. My only minor complaint is that cupboard and drawer space is very small for a 3-person room."

"Although the facilities are acceptable, my overall experience was mixed. While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however, it left a very unpleasant feeling due to the noticeable difference in the way she treated tourists compared to national guests. It is disappointing to encounter that kind of attitude from one individual, as it overshadowed the positive service provided by the rest of the team.""

"The perfect base for Boquete. MOMA is a clean, modern boutique hostel that feels very safe and professional. The rooms are large, the common spaces are spotless, and having a shared fridge and coffee area was a huge plus. The staff was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. "Nice room, beautifully landscaped property with lots of options for spending time outdoors working, talking, birdwatching, or napping. Would be a great choice for a group of travelers because the common areas enhance the experience of being together. Nice al fresco restaurant area with average food. Not a whole lot to do in the surrounding area, but quiet at night. Volcancito’s microclimate is drier and warmer than many areas of Boquete. Long walk or taxi to restaurants. There is an infrequent collectivo bus available. "

"Minimalist design and great views. Add to that a well equipped kitchenette complete with the things that you need (salt, pepper, sugar and coffee) and the cleaning supplies necessary to tidy up afterwards. Well done Casa Reina staff!"
