"Great location. A bit confusing finding the entrance as it on the backside, uphill, 4th floor of the building, but we found it. The people at the front counter were very nice but hampered by the rooms not being ready at check in time. Overall a nice old building with a great view over the water. Only 2 things of note. We paid extra for a balcony room overlooking the water, but when we opened the door to step out, we very careful as the wood was very weathered and it worried us that it might not hold us. It was a bit soft, but it did hold us. The second thing was the bathroom had a couple of spots that were dirty and not recent. I am talking needing to be scraped off, not just washed. All the rest was positive. The view was beautiful."
