"Very nice"

"Staff was nice. Location was sketchy. Rooms not the best quality, no refrigerator or microwave, bathrooms outdated showers dirty falling apart. "

"We only stayed for a very short time, arrived late and had to leave early, but really liked the room, the layout, shower was amazing! The bed was comfy! Staff were pleasant and the breakfast had a lot to offer! Near OHSU waterfront and tram to the hill; super easy for medical visits. Valet is a little spendy but very quick and really convenient!"

"The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and updated nicely. The towels were plentiful and plush. The water for the showers was nice and hot. I would prefer coffee in the room instead of having to go downstairs to get coffee. The bathroom in the lobby requires a code. We should be able to use our room card for that. It would be nice if the hotel had a hot tub. Parking is $60-80 a night, and should be included in the price of the room."

"Clean, modern, great customer service "

"Good and bad at this hotel. The room was okay, but needed work. The carpet had stains, the TV had major problems, the sink faucet was tricky and the bed was rock hard. To the good side, I liked the pillows, extra blankets on hand, the breakfast was ordinary, but well presented and fine, lots of places to eat close by, lighting was good, felt safe. Over all, for the price, I would stay again if I needed to be in that area."

"Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland."

"There were some issues with the room. The microwave and dishwasher would not start. Also, the garbage disposal would not turn on. The range hood was greasy (had not been cleaned for a while). Otherwise, the room was clean."

"Staff were very friendly & accommodating! I paid for the parking option & it was so worth it - valet took care of my luggage & I was able to come & go through texting request for my vehicle. The lobby restaurant dinner options were healthy and perfect so I did not have to find a restaurant somewhere else. Happy, but not noisy, in a very warm environment!"

"With expedia gold i do have extended check out which was offered to me when checking in. So obviously from being out of town and our flight not being until 5pm, i said yes. Day comes to check out and at 12 the cleaning lady told me “i wasn’t aware you had extended check out” so i confirmed with the manager at the front and claimed it wasn’t on my reservation…. He ended up giving it to me after explaining the situation. But at 1pm i get a call from him rushing me out of my room saying “it’s past...
