Ramayana Candidasa is a quiet and restful haven on beautifully kept tropical surrounds. The restaurant has everything you need with enough choice for your food requirements, or you can get pickup organised from several of the restaurants in town. Candi Dasa in an area of Bali that is still removed from much of the western commercialisation overtaking the south and west so if you are looking for shopping malls and brand name knock offs, and western style coffee shops, pizza and hamburgers then this is not your destination and the reason we still love Candi Dasa. "

"Very nice, clean resort in a quiet area, still easy walk to a choice of restaurants and shops. Unique pool area with deck chairs on sand around the pool with ocean views. Good buffet breakfast in dining area. Only small faults is hot water pressure in showers and beach in front of resort not ideal for swimming due to shallow water and currents. Otherwise perfect stay!!"

"This property had a beautiful location right on the waterfront and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly polite, professional and welcoming. The only thing I’d note was that there were many steps between the lobby, rooms and pools that might be unsuitable for some guests. It’s easy to get a taxi but the area around the resort isn’t really walkable, if that’s what you’re looking for."

"Amazing location, the views are incredible, rooms and those bathrooms breathtaking. Great service good value, staff are very attentive with the buggies to get up the hill- we had 2 x 70 year olds with us on a 3 generation holiday. Great location to walk into town or the other way to Lago beach to swim out to the pontoon or go to the swanky spa next door. Restaurant recommendations Curry Traders, la Bianca and nyomans warring- reception can boom "

"Everything at Maua was excellent. The staff was great, the room was amazing, especially the view. The food was really good, we tried several things from the menu and it was all delicious. We wish we had soent more time at the resort instead of going on a tour with bumpy roads and crowded destinations. The hitel is amazing if you want to just relax and hang out by the pool and have really good food"
