Check-in was quick & easy. We got 2 rooms. One smelled like urine. The other had sticky carpets. In both, the bathroom doors would stick shut causing a lot of panic for the person inside. It was very difficult to open the bathroom doors without someone on the other side to help. Pool was cloudy. The restaurant took nearly 45-min to serve breakfast to our group of 7. The waitress was working hard, but there were no explanations or updates. I had to ask after 40-minutes if the breakfast was coming or not. Then the bill took another 15-min to arrive after the table had been cleared. Food was good, but I would not risk going back, especially when you’re on a set timeline.

I have stayed at this motel on several occasions and the price is right! If you are looking for an ok place to stay that is clean this is a good stay. Unfortunately it is starting to show wear and tear. Hallways are dull and need some white paint to freshen the look. Rooms are good but the bathroom is small and outdated. Also, the complimentary toiletries could be updated. A thing that would be awesome is hot fresh coffee/tea for guests in the lobby.

The room felt dirty. Air conditioning was too loud. The carpet had sticky stuff on the floor. Pillows were not very good. The safety certification on the elevator was expired and the elevator made concerning noises. Ice machine on third floor was broken. No room service sign for the door knob. In general the upkeep of the hotel felt neglected. The parking lot felt very unsafe. There were people loitering around that made us feel our vehicle was not safe. Made use feel uncomfortable.

Got stuck in the elevator for over 1hr with my 2 kids ,no one was answering the call button number inside the elevator, had to scream and press the alarm.... pool lights stoped working, car got damaged in parking lot over night... the beds are terrible it was like sleeping in a wheel barrel, terrible location lots of unwanted gest traveling thru parking lot to say it nicely ....

First if all, I couldn't understand how this hotel has a 4 star rating. When me and my daughter walked in, it smelt very swampy. It was so bad that we had to use an air fresher to make the air smell cleaner! The cleanliness is very poor with various stains and items left from other people. One thing we noticed, the water seemed to be YELLOW. It made me very concerned and i felt sick at just the sight. Even worse is that there's a lot of homeless and drug addicts walking around. You'll be very lucky if you get the view of homeless camps next to the beer store. I could rate this a 1 star if I wanted too, but this rating gets a 2 star since the staff were very cooperative and lovely.

We had a good stay; however, there was blood on the bed sheets and was told they couldn’t provide clean ones because they were all in the laundry. They also could not switch us rooms because we booked through Expedia. They also said Expedia would possibly provide us with a refund. I have photos for proof of the stains as well.

We stayed here after a long drive and had initially chosen this property based off of positive reviews online. I am used to staying in “affordable” hotels. But this place is really run down. The room smelled like sweat and cigarettes. There were no blankets on the bed, only sheets. The bathroom was not in great shape either. The sink faucet didn’t work. There were stains all around the sink top. The flooring didn’t meet the walls and tub so it looked really gross. We didn’t even bother going to the pool. We woke up and left ASAP.

Despite seeing some negative reviews on here about the place - my fiancé and I still chose to stay here anyway and gave it a shot. The area was iffy, and there were people outside loitering and drinking nearby but the hotel inside was clean and there were friendly and attentive staff. The hotel was actually quiet and the bed was also comfy.

Was expecting bathtub but room had only a shower. Asked for shower chair but no response. On-site restaurant had poor quality food. Would not recommend this hotel.

Staff were very nice. Property is a bit run down. Our room didn’t even have the lock across the door, half was removed from the door so unable to use. Needs upgrades.

I arrived early to the hotel, and asked if I could check in early, as I needed to meet some friends for lunch, and even though at first it was not possible, the front desk clerk upgraded me to a different room, which was quiet and perfect.

Dirty hotel. Unsafe neibourhood. Paid for queen size bed but only get double bed. Had to change room cause too dirty and smelly. Never again!
