Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel is being renovated and there was carpet pieces and construction waste in many places. The room was clean but basic -a long mirror would be useful, and maybe a microwave.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful. Overall the stay was great! Just a few areas that were not giving the 5 star feeling. The pool deck had some brown spots, although I know it’s “wear and tear” a little sprucing up would make a whole difference. I think the chemicals in the hot tub were a little off, the water was a bit “cloudy”. Upon our departure some painters had set up in the second floor hall as they were going to start their work. Would stay again!
