"Room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff during check in and check out were very prompt, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but enough options for most folks. Location was a convenient stop before taking the ferry."

Beds not vacuumed under, such a strong smell of either cleaner or freshener that we had to open windows and door to outside for an hour. Mildew stains in tub, peeling paint inside and out. Paper thin walls- listened to every conversation and argument next door. Slamming doors shook our room. Unable to adjust volume on TV, had to turn off heat pump as it sounded like it was a jet engine, but it did help drown...
