Hotel Ramah Hewan Peliharaan di Suffern

"Nice hotel. Clean and quiet. The front desk staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area."

"It wasn’t THE worst hotel I have ever stayed at, but it was pretty close. Front desk staff was near non-existent. The woman at check-in was fine. When I called down for linens for the sofa bed, I was told there was no housekeeping and I needed to come down and get it. After waiting for probably ten minutes, the guy hands me a wad of linens. People slamming doors in the middle of the night. The body wash and conditioner bottles in the bathroom were empty."

Room was in the remodeled section. Fan in bathroom didn't work, entry door stuck and had visible gaps in it. Not impressed and won't be back"

It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the water was nice and warm, making it a great place to relax. We also really appreciated the wonderful staff managing the breakfast area. They were extremely...
