"To be honest I was very disappointed to find the improvements that were in the ad weren't true. The restaurant wasn't open so we had food from the bar. The selection was terrible and the food was frozen, not fresh prepared. The pool and hot tub were closed as they have been for years. The Holiday Inn Express would have been a better choice."

"The room was very nice size and the beds were comfortable, perfect for our family of 4. The pool was warm and kids had fun. The conference rooms were very messy for the end of the day, but it was a busy weekend so probably the staff couldn’t keep up. As well there was no common space we could share a pizza with our small company of friends, so we had to use our friend’s room. The elevators were surprisingly slow and we chose to just use stairs most of the time."

"Property was just OK. The entry into the casino was absolutely dirty and filthy. The room was kind of old a little musty expected a little more the staff was just OK not overly polite and not overly friendly One particular person at valet was absolutely rude as was the worker female at the coffee shop. She was absolutely not friendly at all. Felt like she didn’t even wanna be there. Not sure I would use this place again"

"Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again."
