Highly recommend this above all others if staying in Long Melford. The two superb rooms are five star. We had a wonderful stay and a great breakfast.

This was an outstanding stopover for a couple of nights. A most welcoming hostess, overseeing our visit throughout. The room, although not large, was clean and well maintained, and like the rest of the property spick and span. Breakfast was outrageously generous, both in size and content. The location is very quiet and highly suited to visiting local attractions, being only 5 mins drive from Aldeburgh and 10 mins from Snape, with car parking well provided on site. Thoroughly recommended.

Peace, pigs, no tv,, friendly hosts, cakes, fresh eggs, park beside accommodation, cards and games in cupboard, warm . cosy, What more could you ask for.

fabulous . I was a bit worried as Copperbeech is on the A12 but the room is triple glazed and has a portable air con unit. Super comfy bed lovely fluffy towels with many extras - the little touches that elevate the stay. The local pub dos not serve food Tuesday and Wednesday but the menu looks good.

With the warmest of greetings I was shown to my room. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. This is the first time I have slept all night in a hotel or B&B for many years. Breakfast was delicious and gave me a tremendous start to my day. Thank you so very much.

Charming, centuries old country pub with not a straight beam in the place. Our room was large, characterful, spotless and comfortable. Decent pub grub delivered with especially warm and friendly service.

Very friendly staff , gorgeous room with huge comfy bed! Mineral water ,luxury soap etc and hot chocolate for the kids!! Lovely breakfast and wonderful service ! The best thing was our little dog was welcome too in the hotel and the pub. Great location as it makes a nice stop when visiting center parcs especially if your bringing your doggy friend ! A friendly, comfortable hotel. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and peaceful.

The staff were really friendly and approachable. The meal I had was one of the best I've had in a long while. The room was really clean with a Nespresso coffee machine which for me was a really nice touch as I love my coffee. The shower was lovely and hot. I will definitely be booking there again and I can not recommend it enough. Lovely bar with a nice atmosphere. We loved our stay in the Abbey Hotel and apartments, the staff, breakfast & attention to detail were amazing. Very easy walk into the town centre with its unique shops, pubs & restaurants, also not forgetting the Cathedral & Abbey Gardens. Bury St Edmunds is a must to visit.
